Project Work Guide for Secondary Schools: Phase One
Welcome to the Project Work Guide! This is a practical and engaging course designed to help secondary school learners identify problems within their schools or communities and develop innovative, socially impactful solutions. Based on the internationally recognized ILO i-Upshift and Get-Ahead methodology, this course equips you with the knowledge, tools, and step-by-step guidance needed to create and present a project that meets Uganda’s national assessment standards.
The course is delivered in two phases: Phase 1 (Ideation) guides you through identifying problems, exploring their root causes, and generating creative ideas to address them. In Phase 2 (Implementation), you’ll turn your ideas into action by developing, testing, and refining your solution. Whether you’re passionate about solving a problem or simply want to gain real-world skills, this course will support you on your journey to becoming a confident, innovative changemaker.
